Description
xThe King Kone 169 cone packing fingers are designed to compress and finish pre-roll cones with consistent precision across multiple sizes including 84mm, 98mm, and 109mm. Built for high-volume production, they ensure uniform density, clean closure, and professional results across every batch. Ideal for operators producing a range of pre-roll formats at scale.
Packing fingers are used at the final stage of production to compress material inside each cone, creating a firm and even pack while exposing the correct amount of paper for sealing. This improves product consistency, burn quality, and overall presentation.
Designed for 169 cone systems, these packing fingers allow operators to process up to 169 cones per cycle, significantly increasing efficiency while maintaining consistent results across all cone sizes.
The 84mm configuration is ideal for smaller pre-rolls (commonly 0.5g–0.7g), while the 98mm option supports mid-size formats, and the 109mm configuration is used for king-size pre-rolls (typically 1g+).
When paired with the King Kone V2 pre-roll filling machine and cone filling machines, packing fingers become a critical step in achieving consistent, professional results.
For maximum efficiency, integrate with King Stax trays, 169 cone tray systems, and cone loading systems to eliminate bottlenecks and improve throughput.
Maintain consistency across production with bulk pre-rolled cones and optimize workflow using pre-roll accessories built for high-volume environments.
The King Kone 169 cone packing fingers deliver the precision, consistency, and efficiency needed to produce clean, professional pre-rolls across all major cone sizes.
