Free Shipping

Metro Shops offers free shipping on all U.S. orders over $99 within the 48 contiguous states. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and will be processed using the most cost-effective shipping option, with estimated delivery times ranging from 3 to 16 business days.

For expedited shipping, including 1-3 Day Priority Mail and Overnight USPS shipping, additional charges apply. Shipping times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by Metro Shops.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Minimum Order Requirement

To qualify for free shipping, orders must meet a minimum purchase amount of $99 (before taxes and discounts). Orders below this amount may still be placed, but standard shipping charges will apply.

Discreet Billing, Shipping & Packaging

Your privacy is our priority. We ensure 100% discreet packaging, billing, and shipping:

  • All orders are shipped in plain brown or white boxes with no store or product information visible.
  • Your billing statement will reflect "Metro Shops" without mentioning any specific products.
  • For international shipments, customs regulations require us to list product names and values on customs forms.

Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS), offering both economy and expedited shipping for domestic and international orders. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the recipient's location and package size/weight.

An adult signature (21+) may be required upon delivery.

State Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying state laws regarding hemp-derived products, we are unable to ship our products to the following states:

Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont

Some specific products may have additional state restrictions. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws in their state. If you place an order to a restricted state, we will cancel the order and refund your payment.

Shipment Tracking & Insurance

  • USPS Priority Mail includes tracking updates and insurance up to $100 in case of damage.
  • USPS First Class Mail includes tracking (limited to shipping and delivery updates) but does not include insurance.
  • Tracking numbers are emailed once the order is fulfilled.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving shipment confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, Metro Shops is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist with the claim process by providing tracking information and shipping receipts.

International Shipping

At this time, Metro Shops primarily ships within the United States. International customers should be aware that hemp-derived products are subject to varying laws by country and may not be permitted at your destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or restrictions imposed by their country.
