Metro Smoke Shop offers free shipping on all U.S. orders over $99 within the 48 contiguous states. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and will be processed using the most cost-effective shipping option, with estimated delivery times ranging from 3 to 16 business days.

For expedited shipping, including 1-3 Day Priority Mail and Overnight USPS shipping, additional charges apply. Shipping times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by Metro Smoke Shop.

Minimum Order Requirement

To qualify for free shipping, orders must meet a minimum purchase amount of $99 (before taxes and discounts). Orders below this amount may still be placed, but standard shipping charges will apply.

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS), offering both economy and expedited shipping for domestic and international orders. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the recipient's location and package size/weight.

Shipment Tracking & Insurance

USPS Priority Mail includes tracking updates and insurance up to $100 in case of damage.
USPS First Class Mail includes tracking (limited to shipping and delivery updates) but does not include insurance.
Tracking numbers are emailed once the order is fulfilled.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving shipment confirmation.
