Your Metro Shops Account

Metro Shops only sells to adults 21 years of age or older, who own and can purchase with a credit card. Please note that only one coupon code of any nature may be applied per order. We reserve the right to modify and alter errors after the fact.

Hemp Product Disclaimer

The products on this site are hemp-derived cannabinoid products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a dry weight basis, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. These products and statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results of use may vary. Age Verification Policy

Metro Shops is required by law and committed to preventing sales to anyone under the legal purchasing age for any of our products. All products on this site are intended for purchase and use by adults 21 years of age or older only. When you place an order, your name and address are used to confirm your identity and age. This process only must be done once. In some cases, we might be unable to verify your age during check-out and will need you to provide alternate information to complete your order. Metro Shops reserves the right to use third-party age verification systems, in accordance with federal and state law. State Shipping Restrictions

Our hemp-derived products are not available for shipment to the following states: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont. Some products may have additional state restrictions. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws in their state.

Price Adjustment Disclaimer

Metro Shops will honor price adjustment within 14 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase. Holiday specials, promotional sales, and clearance sales may be exempt. Price adjustment will be issued via store credit.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Metro Shops product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Metro Shops reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Metro Shops reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Metro Shops shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Metro Smoke Shops, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Metro Shops without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Governing Law

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions.
